Recently I had observed some minute scratches on inside of both the lenses, so I reached out to team maddog in Bangalore, while I am in Pune. They asked me to courier the lights and I am happily surprised that the repair was done, I got my lights on the third day. My lights are out of warranty, but still maddog team is kind enough to solve the problem. The service is so delightful, in this market where product companies just ask consumer to buy a new one, without attempting to solve the problem, maddog provided themselves exceptional. I am really happy! 😊

The build quality of the lights and…After a series of failures with few lights, I decided to settle for Maddog Alpha. The delivery was super fast. The build quality of the lights and other components are top notch. When the time came to switch them on, my jaw dropped on the first instance as it felt I was seeing through the eyes of Superman. I almost could see every rock, pebble, stone. The lights are stellar bright and one has to be careful of not dazzling the oncoming traffic (exception – careless high beam users). The colour tone of the LEDs is super soothing to the eye and gives the best vision possible. To conclude, the Alphas are so far the best of all the auxiliary lights that I have purchased in my riding life till date. If you think you are running blind on the roads on your car/motorcycle - Maddog is your saviour. Bring a blind in the legion of the Alphas and I am sure the first thing he will say is "And then there was light!"

The IPT and forward facing lumens provide a nice clear patch at night (driving/combo), unbelievable amount of light output, can handle the rugged terrain and being submerged under water. Very pleased with the MADDOG Alpha so much, that I was happy to see a better version made with the ALPHA.I Highly recommend.Awesome product and awesome customer service all the time.

And not to miss, it's made in India and finally we have products that we could procure locally and even better than foriegn competition. I have a pair of Maddog ScoutX with amber caps (integrated with high beam) and Alpha connected to Maddog Switch pro(again a high quality product). With all the lights on, one can easily play cricket unless they look directly into lights!

The Aux lights does it's job pretty well, so i got my 2nd pair within a year for both of my motorcycles. Yes, its costly which makes it on backfoot but if its promoted well with Retailers, it will perform best but with MORE AFFORDABLE PRICING & Maddog should also think of adding No Cost EMI schemes through their website as well. Then i might get another unit as well for Thunderbird.
