Returns & Replacements

• Products once sold are generally not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
• A replacement will be provided only in the event of a verified manufacturing defect covered under the applicable warranty terms.
• Any damage caused due to improper installation, misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear will not qualify for return or replacement.
• Customers are advised to inspect the product upon delivery and report any transit damage or manufacturing defects within 48 hours of receiving the shipment.

Order Cancellation

• Orders may be cancelled only before they are shipped.
• In case of cancellation before dispatch, payment gateway charges and transaction processing fees amounting to 5% of the order value will be deducted from the refund amount.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Refund Processing

• Approved refunds for cancelled orders will be processed to the original payment method.
• Refunds are typically processed within 7–10 business days after cancellation approval.
